Starting out as a stage technician, LJ quickly expanded his expertise into lighting and audio, gaining real-world knowledge across multiple disciplines. Is there a fee to be part of the crew network?
No. There is no cost to join our network. We believe in helping techs find meaningful opportunities — not charging them for access.
Do you only place senior-level techs?
Not at all. We place a mix of entry-level and experienced technicians, depending on the client’s needs. If you’re skilled, reliable, and motivated, we want to hear from you.
What kind of gigs can I expect?
Everything from concerts, festivals, and corporate events to theater productions and touring shows. We match you with events that fit your availability and expertise.
Will I work directly for 3PIN Connects or the client?
It depends on the engagement. In most cases, you’ll be contracted through 3PIN Connects and deployed to support client productions.
