Yes. All technicians are vetted for experience, professionalism, and safety compliance. Many have certifications in rigging, audio engineering, or lighting design.

Can you help with both short-term and long-term projects?

Absolutely. Whether it’s a one-day show or a months-long tour, we can build a crew that fits your timeline and scope.

What regions do you serve?

While we are based in the U.S., our network spans across major cities nationwide and internationally through select partnerships.

Is there a fee to be part of the crew network?

No. There is no cost to join our network. We believe in helping techs find meaningful opportunities — not charging them for access.

Do you only place senior-level techs?

Not at all. We place a mix of entry-level and experienced technicians, depending on the client’s needs. If you’re skilled, reliable, and motivated, we want to hear from you.

What kind of gigs can I expect?

Everything from concerts, festivals, and corporate events to theater productions and touring shows. We match you with events that fit your availability and expertise.

Will I work directly for 3PIN Connects or the client?

It depends on the engagement. In most cases, you’ll be contracted through 3PIN Connects and deployed to support client productions.
